This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website www.restaurantsantaanna.com (the Website), which is owned by Montla S.L. (the Owner).
The Website is informational and provides for table reservations. No goods are sold and no payments are taken through it. The reservation service is provided by a third-party tool, resOS, on the terms set out in the privacy policy.
Conditions of access and use
Access to the Website is free of charge and confers the status of User on the person accessing it. The User undertakes to use the Website and its contents diligently and in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice.
Use of the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes is prohibited, as is any conduct intended to damage, disable or overload it, or to prevent its normal use.

Dish images recreated with artificial intelligence
The dish images published on the Website are recreated using artificial intelligence tools from photographs taken at the premises. The recreation affects the image alone: the dishes shown are the dishes served, with nothing added to them and nothing taken away. This statement is given for the sake of transparency.
Links to third-party sites
The Website contains links to third-party pages, among them the establishment’s Google listing, Google Maps, the resOS reservation tool and the establishment’s Instagram and Facebook profiles.
The Owner does not control those sites and is not answerable for their contents, their availability, or any processing of the User’s data carried out on them, which is governed by their own terms and policies.
Exclusion of liability
The Owner takes reasonable steps to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is free of error or that the Website will be available without interruption.
