Beef milanesa

A thin cutlet, breadcrumbed and fried golden: the milanesa was born in Milan and became the everyday dish of Argentina. Ours is entrecôte, crisp and generous, with chips and a salad of mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
