A paella made with short noodles instead of rice. Prawns and cuttlefish
It is made like a paella, but with noodles instead of rice. The same sofrito, prepared here, and our own fish stock; it is served the same way, in the pan, 15 to 20 minutes after you order it.
Our paellas and rice dishes contain no gluten. The fideuà does, because it is made with wheat noodles. If you’re coeliac, let us know when you book.
