Mixed paella

It puts meat and seafood in the same rice: chicken, pork rib, cuttlefish, prawn, langoustine and mussels. In Valencia that is not called a paella; everywhere else it is what most people mean by the word.

It is cooked like the other rice dishes on the menu, with the sofrito made here, and served in the pan it was cooked in. Fifteen to twenty minutes.
